Privacy Policy / T&C

Privacy policies always seem so ’small-printish’ to me, and that makes me sad. So I’ll keep this one short.

1. I have an email newsletter which you can opt-in to. There’s always a link at the bottom of each email so that you can opt-out at any time. Though I hope you don’t.

2. I use an email messaging service to send my emails to you. It saves me time and they do a better job of it than me. Your email is saved to let me do that. But you knew that already.

3. I’ll never sell, rent or pimp your email address to anybody else. People who do this are just a little bit evil.

4. Sometimes I offer bonuses if you buy through an affiliate link of mine. This is my way of thanking you for helping me earn my crust. At the danger of repeating myself, I use an email messaging service to send out those bonuses, and from time to time I’d like to drop you an email if I have something cool to tell you about.

5. Sometimes I’ll do a special prize draw for my users. For example, often I will offer the chance for you to win back your investment in a product you bought. I always like the chance to win something. The draw is made randomly and I post the name of the winner on my blog (but none of your contact details). Being entered into such a draw costs you nothing.
